What it means is that if you constantly say &quot;I will try&quot; to do something you will, more than likely, fail to do it.  For instance, you are saying that you are going to try to do this and try to do that.  The message is, instead of saying &quot;I will try to...&quot; you should said &quot; I will do...&quot;  If you &quot;try&quot; to do something you are already tell yourself you might not do it, which means you are more likely to fail.  If you say &quot;I will&quot; do this then you are telling yourself you are going to get it done, and ultimately less likely to &quot;fail.&quot;</description>
